Executive Functioning is more than just organization.
Executive functioning skills are very important in completing daily tasks. These skills facilitate the necessary tools needed to achieve goals. Through proper Executive Functioning Skill Instructions, anyone can become a better planner, organizer, and time manager.

The skills involved are in fact LIFE SKILLS that are necessary to learn and these are:
Initiating Tasks, Problem-Solving, Evaluating Priorities, Organization, Goal Setting, Flexible Thinking, Meeting Deadlines, Working Memory, Self-Control, Perseverance, Time Management and Planning.

Executive Functioning skills are critical to success at school, and only grow in importance through adulthood. Our goal is for students to build habits so that they consistently and independently implement the Executive Functioning strategies we introduce.
